Shipping and Handling

Our payment method consists primarily of prepayments. 

You can remove the individual incidental shipping and handling cost during the order process. All prices are inclusive of VAT of currently 19%. Please let us know whether you have a VAT-number.

The completeness and the correctness of the received product has to be immediately checked by the receiver. Till full payment the goods remain in the property of Zellamed.

Please allow us 2-3 weeks for delivery.
